Sewing Tools & Toys

Most of us who enjoy sewing and needlework also enjoy using and/or collecting antique, vintage and unique sewing tools. I have found a few artisans willing make reproductions of some old sewing Tools & Toys and I am always on the look out for wonderful sewing and needlework items in my travels.
If you have something you've been looking for, let me know, maybe I can find one or someone to make one for you.

Shaker Style Sewing Stand

Originally designed and used by the Shakers at Sabbath Day Lake, this wonderful little sewing stand is perfect beside the sewing machine or your favorite arm chair. It keeps pins, needles, scissors, thread, thimble, bobbins, buttons, etc. close at hand and is so charming! The base is made of maple and clear pine painted and distressed for an aged look and the pincushion is wool felt with handstiched yo-yo's and stuffed with wool fleece. Also available in natural, stained or paint color of your choice, with matching color wool felt pin cushion. About 6" tall, base measures 5" x 7"
Accessories shown are not included                                                    $22.00 ppd.
